Hotellet är bra men lite slitet. Frukosten var ok men väldigt anpassad för asiater och det saknades en hel del önskvärt för européer vilket vi erbjudits på andra hotell i Japan i liknande prisklass.

Att det saknades en bar/pup som serverade snacks/drycker för familjer. Den enda baren fanns på högsta våningen och där var inte barn välkomna.

４泊で家族で利用。スタッフの対応は良く、スパタワーの温泉は部屋からタオルを持って行く必要もなく便利一階にはセブンイレブンがあり便利だったがスパタワーから連絡通路を歩いたりと距離がある。イーストのエントランスから外へ出入りできるので、スパタワーに泊まるなら駐車場はイーストに停めてから2階に上がり部屋様のエレベーターに乗り換える事をおすすめします。海帰りや夕方前にそのまま手ぶらで温泉に寄れるのがとても快適だった。 Expediaから予約をし、ステータス特典はないか？伝えたが無いと言われた。その後Expediaに問い合わせたら、ある。との回答。再度その内容を伝えると、2日目に特典は受け取れました。今回の旅行ではそこはホテルとExpediaのやり取りに時間がかかったのでマイナス面でした、

ホテル内をウロウロ迷ったりしていると、必ず近くにいるスタッフが声をかけて、案内などしてくれた。スパタワーの方に宿泊した。とても綺麗で静かだった。一日中遊び疲れて帰ってきて、ベットに転がった。夜、子供が疲れて部屋から出たがらなかった時、窓から見えたスーパーに行った。地元ならではのスーパーはレンジもあった。お惣菜コーナーはあまり充実はしてなかった。カールが売ってた。ホテルにコンビニとパン屋もあった。プールも良かった。子供が毎日行きたがった。深いところがあるので気をつけた方がいい。監視員さんもいるのでそれは安心。スパもプールも、その場でタオルを貸してくれるのでとても便利。室内プールは水の中で目を開けたら、痛くてプールを上がった後もしばらく目が開けられなかった。少し汚い感じがした。プールの底の滑り止めのためのザラザラ加工がなかなか鋭いので、バタ足で擦れて血が出た。嫌なところを書いてしまったものの、トータル的によかったし、高得点で、間違いないと思う。
