"Never recommend it and would never be back to that hotel."

The hot tub and the breakfast were good.

The musty smell in the room. We spent 2 nights so we talked to Mostafa in the front desk to send a housekeeper to bring clean towels and straighten up the room. It was 9:00 am . We came back at 7 pm to find out that the dirty towels were still on the floor and the room never been cleaned. The new receptionist gave me towels and asked me to put the dirty ones on the floor outside my room!!

The rooms were clean,nice size rooms the breakfast was good.The employees were very nice and helpful.

The pool smelled really strong of bleach ,couldn't even stay in the same room as the pool.

Didn't like that the tv remote battery was dead. Didn't like that the alarm clock was unplugged and the time not set. Didn't like that the ice tray was frozen solid and encrusted with days of ice. Staff resolved the issues, and we were very happy with the atmosphere.

Bed felt like it was about to collapse, every time you move it was like an old school water bed. The room smelled like chlorine and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a phone was ringing. Staff was very polite and friendly though.
