Small space to walk in the room, no air conditioning

Like the good and prompt service at check in counter. Rooms were big compared to another hotel next to it which we stayed previously. The rooms were clean and toilet amenities (tooth brush, cotton pad, shower cap) and room slippers were provided. The big plus point was we were allowed to keep 6 luggages in storage for 3 nites when we went to Jeonju.

This hotel is not guest friendly, they will not attend to your issues when brought to their attention. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money and here is why… 1. They never warned us there are hotel workers protesting in front with loud music and all kinds of posters plastered on their front windows. It’s has this hideous shed parked right in front of the entrance. Protesters giving you the evil eyes as you’re coming and going. 2. The room has bed bugs and mosquitoes, management won’t do anything. They act like this is a normal thing. 3. We reserved the suite, and it was no where near that. They provide these bath robes that are so dingy from over use. They should be trashed. Gross just touching it. 4. The entire bathroom is surrounded with water stain, mold and dry rotted wood. Housekeeping is not their priority. You will see from the video and pictures. It will gross you out. The tub is so outdated, you literally need to climb in to take a shower. The shower ceiling is so low, if you’re 5 feet 6 you will be hitting your head. My friend is 6 feet 2 and he has to crouch down to shower, he kept hitting his head. The worst part is the weird design of the shower, water kept flood over the tub onto the floor surrounding the toilet. So the bathroom was always wet. There is not one outlet to use the blow dryer, closest outlet is in the bedroom or hooks to hang your wet towel, had to use the closet hangers. This website won’t allow you to download the video with water all over the the bathroom and the bed bugs that was crawling. Find another hotel, the pictures posted are deceiving. If there was a zero rating, they would deserve it. It made our visit there miserable!

We had a very good experience staying in this hotel. The rooms were very clean. They do however need an upgrade. The location is very close to shopping, dining and the train station. I appreciated that they held our luggage until it was time for our departure.

The only positive about this hotel was the convenient location. Right outside of Myeongdong station. Other than that our room was not very clean, there were dead flies all over the walls and ceilings. The shower head would leak everywhere & water leaking from ceiling when showering.

Very accessible to all

Sejong's Hotel location is very convenient to many outlets. Myeongdong station exit 10 is the closest to the hotel but exit 7 has escalators as walking up and down stairs all the time can get a bit tiresome. 7Eleven along with bakeries are close by and Myeongdong Shopping District is also minutes walk. The hotel itself is good. Hotel lobby staff speak pretty good english. Hotel restaurant is on the same floor as the lobby. Laundry can be done on the 4th floor, very easy to use. We stayed in the Quadruple Room on the 8th floor. Plenty of room to easily host a family of 4, more importantly plenty of room to open luggage's without bumping into anything. Beds are comfortable, showers are ok but the internet wifi connection isn't the best. I couldn't even connect to my laptop and phone. Overall I had a good stay here in this hotel.

1st room smelled like chemicals and the toilet was cracked also mold everywhere, moved us to another room that didn’t have the smell but black mold was worse causing allergy reactions while we were there. Management was aware but did nothing.this place is a real health hazard

I find the staff are not welcoming to non Koreans and can be abrupt. The cleanliness is good and the staff cleaning the rooms are very kind and welcoming to us.

It was nice. The beds were absolutely perfect.
