Poorly maintained property for that price. We were on fourth floor, and it was run down, dust and grim everywhere, monitor size TV, stains on the floor, uncomfortable bed, everything in the room shook as you walked. The floor structure was very uneasy. Breakfast not worth trying.

Spacious clean rooms that are affordable, and am excellent breakfast. The hotel is conveniently placed right off the interstate and plenty to do around Lake St Claire.

The patio area had alcohol cans and debris that was never cleaned up by staff left from others. The room can light was falling off the ceiling and the upholstery on all furniture in the room, lobby and patio was disgusting food stains and lack of attention to hygiene. Great staff but i dont believe ill be staying there again especially for the price.
