"It was average. Could have been better."

Breakfast was excellent.

Room design was not upto the mark. The windows were badly designed making room uncomfortable. Overall room design was a 3/10.

Travelled from 1100 km , Noida to Indore , the ladies on the reception responses on our questions asked was below at par which is not the standard one for Ginger chain .

"We had a comfortable 2 days long stay."

The rooms and the bathroom are clean and comfortable.

The reception is located at 5th floor. The reception and rooms are accessible through a single lift which makes going or coming down rather tedious or time consuming. The staff needs to be contacted even in case of basic necessities like dental kit or bucket etc.
