Nice hotel to stay in Mardin, the staff in hotel are so friendly and always ready to help with nice smile and the hotel is clean, special thanks for reception staff Kemal, Aziz, Ersin and Berivan and Ayman in lobby cafe and the security name Ramadhan helped me to get the bus to the airport and the house keeping staff, this all staff who make the hotel great to stay with high quality and comfortable, i'm really appreciate for all this people and all the staff in this hotel :)

Çarşaflar, yastıklar tertemizdi, yataklar da konfor olarak gayet güzel. Sıcak su harika ama gider tıkalı gibi su hemen birikiyor. Hamam sauna ve havuz çok güzeldi ancak kadın erkek aynı hamamı kullanmak tuhaftı.

Der Eingang ist schon einladend, das Personal unfassbar freundlich und aufmerksam! Sehr sauber , sehr freundlich und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Meckern auf hohem Niveau ist, die laute Straße bei offenem Fenster nachts. Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nichts 😉
