"Needs a lot of work."

The pool was nice as well as clean.

There was an anoying lady trying to push time share and discount items in the lobby. She would try to push her sale even after we politely declined. Every time we got off the elevator she would try again. Breakfast was absolutely horrible and not resupplied properly.

HOT TUB AND POOL WAS HEATED TO A GOOD TEMP. RELAXING.

THE CLEANING STAFF CAME INTO THE ROOM TWICE BOTH MORNINGS WE WERE THERE, NO KNOCK OR NOTICE. WE FELT UNCOMFORTABLE. TOLD FRONT DESK AND THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO OR SAY. NOTHING WAS DONE.

We love that it’s close to everything

Room needed to be swept. Lots of dirt and dust on the floors. We didn’t get any towels from housekeeping even though we placed them outside our door
