Great facilities. We love the pool and location.

We submitted that we had pets. When we got to the hotel they said we had to pay the hotel directly a pet deposit fee and daily pet fee. I thought that was part of my booking. The person wasn't very friendly and the pets didn't get to stay

"Poor management of facilities"

Staff was very friendly Water pressure was fantastic Water was nice and hot

Not to much. A stranger was able to use his key and get into my room. Air conditioner was not working right and leaked all over the carpet. The leak was old judging by the stains on the carpet. Their fix was to put a loud obnoxious dryer on the floor.
