Resort De Coracao-Calangute

We stayed for 3N/4D at this hotel, in super deluxe room. It was all excellent. Nice staff and spacious room. Only issue was failure or non-working Air conditioning system. It was a centralised AC system and we suffered very badly for initial 2 nights, only last night they could rectify the problem, that too at 11 pm. Being summer it was very disappointing. But this is overall good and comfortable place for family and couples. Swimming pool was nice.The staff provided timely food and all necessary help for our 1 year old baby, which was most valuable for us! Breakfast, particularly south indian preparations were not great, but overall ok.

I arrived a day late. Hotel room was supposed to be ready but when i got into the room the bed sheets were dirty along with a dirty towel. Air conditioning wasnt working and it took them 2 hours later to clean my room. Apparently they had rented out my room they chose not to reimburse me for the night before. After contacting expedia about the problem I had about 6 people in my room attending to the issues

Hotel was good. But its too expensive...

Hotel on the edge of road, can hear honking of cars at all times, bathroom very tired looking, Small pool but only 10 mins walk to beach. Staff wouldn't let us have late check out , no wash room to shower only pool shower so sneaked into spa room, no where to dress or dry hair, serving staff great service, shame about front of house service.

Hotel was very good. Clean and not far from the beach. Very tasty food in restaurant. Thank you very much for everyone. And see you next year) I want to say special thank you to the member of reception Rama. He is professional. Thank you very much Rama

The quality and location of hotel was good, but don't misplace your key because there is no system to replace the key. The staff were not helpful to explain that there was not a process to duplicate / replace the key, they insisted to make me wait for staff to allow entry into room each time i returned to hotel which become frustrating and painful waiting if staff were busy. At times we had to wait up to 20 min for them to allow entry. The key was lost in the pool but staff were unable to find and then i was told i had to pay additional INR500 for a new key to be made, The key was finally presented by staff later the 2nd day with no apologies for the inconvience. Also i had a severe fall walking near the pool, the tiled area surrounding was wet and the surface like glass and i found myself on my back before I realized I had fallen, then to find a staff member laughed at me when I was recovering from the fall. I was in pain and concerned of broken bones but thankfully no broken bones. The hotel plumbing in the shower the water would overflow onto the floor of the bathroom floor each time we showered, it appeared the plumbing had issues. Overall the stay in Goa was enjoyable but would consider looking elsewhere for accommodation due to the bad experience with staff assistance.

Everything is awesome. I loved the room resort staff they are so polite and kind and will be there to help. I am really very thankfull to Mr Mukesh who help me through out :) Would love to visit this resort again soon.

Staff is co-operative, on time room cleaning and service at the restaurent needs improvement

NICE HOTEL, GOOD FOOD, SPACIOUS ROOMS. MEMORABLE STAY AT THIS RESORT..

I stayed here for two days. I had a pleasant stay here. Hotel staff was soo good.enjoyed the hospitality services provided by them. Food is soo delicious. Hotel is soo close to calangute beach almost 10mins walk. Overall I enjoyed pleasure n.comfort in Resort De Coracao.
