היחס והשירות מאנשי הקבלה הוא פשוט מדהים. כל מה שביקשנו נענינו בשמחה וברצום לסייע. מקום מאוד מרכזי בתוך העיר העתיקה מרחק של כמה דקות מכל הנקודות המעניינות בעיר וחמש דקות מבית חבד.

אין מזגן בחדרים לקחת בחשבון בחודשי הקיץ. יש למטה מסעדות וברים אז יש רעש וריחות של טיגון.

Saubere, einfache Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr praktisch: es wird zwar kein Frühstück angeboten aber man kann sich ein warmes Getränk vorbereiten.

Posizione centralissima MA in una via con diversi locali che stanno aperti fino alle 2 di notte, di conseguenza, con le finestre aperte (non aria condizionata) è impossibile dormire fino a quando i locali chiudono, troppo vociare, schiamazzi e rumori vari. Verso le due finisce il baccano in strada, ma alle 5 iniziano le pulizie delle strade e la raccolta della pattumiera, e ricomincia il baccano… probabilmente ci sono strutture molto centrali come questa, ma in vie piu tranquille. Rumore a parte, l’hotel si trova comodissimo per tutte le attrazioni e i luoghi da visitare. I due ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono molto gentili e disponibili. La camera molto grande, si percepisce che durante l’anno scolastico ospita studenti, l’impostazione è quella, ma nel complesso soddisfacente, dotata anche di frigorifero. Il bagno piccolo ma comodo. Nella nostra camera, un vetro della doccia era in parte staccato dai binari, un po’ pericoloso. Sicuramente la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione in più.

The room was not properly cleaned, as there were visible stains on the bed sheets and the fan was covered in dust. Additionally, it was difficult to sleep due to the overwhelming and unpleasant noise from outside.

The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are very spacious and bright. The staff was particularly friendly and patient. When we asked about travel routes, he answered very seriously and helped us brainstorm solutions together. This is an outstanding hotel.
