Another wonderful stay at JW Marriott. The service was outstanding as always, and the breathtaking skyline view at night made the experience truly unforgettable. One of the finest hotels in Europe, and I look forward to returning again.

At this day and age, it is unfathomable that a hotel which presumably is among the better ones in Frankfurt has only one type of power plug in the room. That leaves only a portion of European guests with the privilege of accessing power. UK guests? Nope. North American guests? Also nope. South American guests? Hmmm … nope. There are probably 12 power outlets in the room. But all exclusively German style. Ask the concierge for an adaptor: sorry, we have given them all out. #fail

The staff was very friendly. The location was really good and everything was at walking distance. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a good view

The pillows were not comfortable at all. For a room of 3 people just 3 0.7 Litre water bottles were given daily. A normal human needs about 2-3 Litres.
