Civitel Creta Beach

Our telephone was broken since the first day. Informed the receptionist 2x but no one came to check the phone. Upon check out we got so much luggages we had to carry all them by ourselves plus our 1 year old then the other receptionist guy said: “why you did not call me?” And i answered, the telephone is broken since from the start. He did not say anything.

What a great hotel all the staff from the manager to the cleaners could not do enough for you, nothing was a problem. The food was top drawer, the property was spotless, rooms were a good size and well appointed. Great pool and right next to the hotels own private beach. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody wanting a total chill out vacation,we went all inclusive this was great value for money as we went during the Easter holidays and not a lot of the local shops were open. I shall without doubt return to this hotel sometime in the future

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and let me just say, everything was wonderful. The room, the pool, the beach, the food, all just so amazing. Only thing I will say though is that I was a little disappointed with the TV in the room. There’s only cable and as a person who can’t understand Greek, I found it disappointing. Everything else though was great. I love John!

This hotel was a total bargain. The price was incredible. The room was spacious and very clean. The property was well maintained, and there were plenty of activities to do. The beach was very pretty, unfortunately, the wind was too strong and it was dangerous for us to go in the water. The area appeared safe and was walkable with plenty of restaurants and shops within a few minutes. The restaurant breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for every taste. We would love to come back and visit Crete again.

Perfect for a bit of late autumn sunshine, this well positioned and well appointed hotel complex was everything we'd hoped for. We went all inclusive, and the choice of foods at all times was wide ranging and of high quality. The staff were all very friendly and attentive (a special Hello and thanks to Theodora and Aria) and the rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. We particularly liked the bungalow style room we had which was in a garden setting. Practically on the beach, this is a perfect setting for those who like spending time on the beach, and for those who fancy a day in the island capital of Heraklion there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the buses run every 15 minutes. It is only 5 euros for a return ticket and the journey takes approx 20 minutes as Heraklion is only about 3 miles away. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
