Location was convenient for us, and the restaurant food was delicious.

The room had no USB ports so was unable to charge phone. The TV was pixelated on every channel so we had to rely on casting from the phone to watch anything. No phone in the room to call reception or room service. No clock in the room. Reception was not open on a Saturday morning at checkout time. Wanted to make a complaint that only part of our room service order was delivered but we had been charged full price. Also wanted to pay for room service not using the credit card but couldnt since reception was closed from 6pm on Friday night and not open Saturday for check out. Only 1 blanket provided for 2 beds. Overall we were shocked it had a 4 star rating.

"Quiet and comfortable and restaurant top class."

Quiet and comfortable room and staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Shower was very small and glass ledge in there is dangerous. Very easy to hit head.

Comments previously forwarded about check-in and parking. Concerned about manual taking of credit card details (apparently electronics out of order). Will know who to report to police if my account is scammed due to my details being forwarded on to others. Found food from previous occupants in freezer.
