Closeness to other shops Free Wi-Fi

This was not a Deluxe room, were we in the wrong room? The beds, the single bed was difficult to sleep as you kept rolling out, (I ended up stripping the bed and turning it around so that the other side got the same wear, then re-sheeted the bed), The toilet button that didn't work properly, the carpet in the kitchen, and difficulty in parking (someone had already hit the wall as we were right at the end, very hard trying to turn from that angle), No BBQ facility.
