Ambassador On Ruthven

The property is clean and comfortable. The bedroom is spacious. The swimming pool is nice .

The rooms don’t have fly screen so the ventilation of the room is poor, unless you leave the panels doors open and have insects inside, it doesn’t have a fan either so our whole stay we were with the aircon on when I normally wouldn’t have. Not great for allergies.

Location good for walk to Queens park fo a concert

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and very comfortable! We didn’t get in until late and the after hours check in was so easy.

Clean neat quiet, gorgeous pool and suited our family needs. Restaurant was amazing , gorgeous pub across the road, shopping centre up the road and near the family we were there to see

Main bed was very soft

I was locked out of my motel unit for almost 50 minutes when my two key cards would not open door. Finally rang after hours number & young lady came & unlocked my door. What if I returned at midnight to my room & couldn’t get in?. Very upsetting. (My cards were “wiped”, I was asked if I had them in my wallet, no!). I was advised by the young lady that the Ambassador Motel is in the process of changing the locks. I will not stay at this Motel again until I am assured that the locks are replaced. Keith.

Location

When I went to my room, it was 35 degrees in the room. It took several hours for it to cool down.

Comfortable rooms with good facilities in convenient location near centre of Toowoomba.
