Fasthotel Orléans Nord Artenay

It's difficult to say. The big plus for me historically was always convenience ie location with an Intermarche near for food & petrol for the next day and no frills when none were wanted - just a quick overnight stop on the journey. There was always a problem on a sunday as the restaurant was shut but there was a restaurant over the road. This is now derelict and consequently food is now served in the Fasthotel in the evening and is just about OK but poorly exhibited ie there was no description as to what the dishes were. People with allergies would have a problem. The breakfast is classic continental and no problem at all.

On this particular trip and in this heat, the a/c was turned off and there was no way to turn it on leading to an uncomfortable night. Not really acceptable and in very stark contrast to another in the chain where the a/c was on when you arrived and the tenants understood the concept of repeat use and word of mouth. As a result I will not be staying here again on the return journey. I will however be staying at the other place when there will be no need for a/c!!

Le changement de chambre à la dernière minute alors que j’avais payé pour une autre. J’ai demandé si une Clim était disponible j’ai reçu un ventilateur à la place

Er is een bar en restaurant, afgesloten parking, dicht bij de autostrade.

Er is geen airco. Toevallig was het wel 34°. Maar de ventilator aan het plafond maakte het toch nog een beetje draaglijker.

Het inchecken was een beetje onoverzichtelijk

Wrong information on booking.com Couldn't get it in. Because of wrong information. Staff where not helpful. Shower was awful too. A lot of water leaking out of the shower. Restaurant food was awful.

C’était confortable. Le contact au téléphone était très agréable.

L’accueil physique était très moyen car la personne ne trouvait pas la réservation. Au petit déjeuner, le personnel mettait un peu trop la pression pour le règlement.

Een simpel overnachtingsverblijf met keurig eenvoudig ontbijtbuffet.

De ruimte was erg gehorig.
