No me puedo quejar, la atención fue buena, la habitación cómoda, limpia, el baño sin ser de super lujo bueno, lo que mas me gustó fue el desayuno y el comedor, porque generaba un ambiente de camaradería entre los huéspedes.

Hotel bien placé( 10 minutes à pied du centre historique). Les réceptionnistes sont trés serviables. Par contre, il n'y a pas de navette gratuite de l'aéroport à l'hotel. En ce qui concerne les femmes de ménage, nous en sommes mécontents. Nous avions laisser nos affaires dans la chambre pour prendre notre petit déjeuner et quand nous sommes remontés, nous avons été surpris de voir que notre porte était grande ouverte, que la dame était dans une autre chambre voisine entrain de nettoyer. Elle avait déjà enlever les serviettes.

La estancia fue muy cómoda, aseada, y la ubicación es estratégica. Más bien, el servicio de internet,debería mejorarse a más horas y con el incremento de una pc adicional. Se debe recomendar al cliente, evitar ingresar con ingesta etílica.

Edificação bem conservada. com ótimos locais de convivência, cozinha disponível, bem próximo do centro, (Palácio de La Moneda) e de uma estação do metrô: Santa Aana.

Next to a busy road. No Air Con. Had to open a window to get fresh air. At night, it was noisy. Hard to sleep. Room was smelly. Floor was dirty. Neighbourhood is fully of graffiti.

The only big negative is that the photos of the rooms does not match the dormitory-style that we experienced. We really only wanted a low cost one-night stay for a connecting flight, so it was perfect. The beds were very comfortable - only singles and bunks and crammed into long room. The bedding was lovely and warm and very clean. The shower was so lovely and hot - could have stayed in it for hours. But this is not in any way luxurious. For what we needed it was well worth it and a great price. It was within walking distance of plaza's, restaurants, craft market, castle, across the road from the supermarket. We could cook a lovely home-style meal in their kitchen - great. It is basic, and just what we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And we don't speak Spanish. I am well past the age of student or backpacker style accommodations, however, I managed to enjoy my brief stay there, as it catered to all my needs for such a brief stayover for a sports team.
