"It was the highight of a month of traveling in Europe and thankfully the hotel had good AC"

The staff was outstanding, super attentive and professional but at the same time friendly. Location was very convenient and we walked to ferry and the castle and shopping. The facility is both cheerful and old world luxury. We ate dinner on site and it was limited but superb and charmeing. Waitstaff was young and charming

A truly beautiful hotel with the ultimate care, attention and a dedicated team. A good spa area and all areas maintained to a top level.

A little irritant was charging €7 for a half of avocado at breakfast when I am spending €1000 for 2 nights with breakfast seems petty

Sehr geschmackvolle und hochklassige Einrichtung. Das Frühstück entspricht einem Hotel dieser Klasse, das Personal empfanden wir als sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr angenehm eingerichtet, besonders das Bett war sehr bequem. Gern wieder.
