Bath was not usable. Looks as if it had been downgraded to a less luxurious room than we paid for.

Working bath.

Location and facilities. The staff , from the waiters to management, where fantastic. Ever helpful and attentive.

Very confusing layout. Reception is miles away from the entrance. The hotel caters for functions and large groups not for individual travelers. My room was okay. But had problems with entrance card. Hot water took about 5 min to come threw.

All staff are exceptional

Garden tables, chairs and wine barrels need a bit of maintenance.

I enjoyed interactions with staff. They are extremely polite and helpful.

The fact the you allow people - and we know what people can be like - to make and receive calls in the dining room. This MUST BE PROHIBITED. Nobody cares if they want to use their cell phones for other purposes, e.g., scrolling, but not listing to music or talking because that disturbs other diners. The should step out of the dining room to do that. It can easily be done in like many restaurants in Italy and France are now doing with a polite notice requesting compliance.
