Good value - pretty place with a nice pool & beach. Full service restaurant & bar. Very quiet.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and good food.

The Checkin experience was bad. She made us wait for long.. Totally confused as we upgraded to a Garden villa for a total of 4 room nights.

Staff very helpful and kind. The hotel was pretty empty and still, they cooked a huge meal for us, all very delicious!

The rooms were really dated, very hard mattress and pillows. Beds not comfortable. Thank god the air conditioning worked otherwise the room was a sauna when we first got there. The breakfast and dinner service ended really early.

The staff are friendly and willing to help with all your requests. The room is spacious. The swimming pool is right in front of the beach although I didn't use it. The garden is well managed and punctuated with beautiful trees.

The sea and the beach is muddy. Just looking at it makes me feel frustrated to have driven 5 hours from Bangkok to see this sight. I know this is personally me because I'd seen good reviews about the sea here. Too bad this is not seasonal but all year round, according to the staff. What can be improved for the hotel is the bathroom in the delux room. The step down to the shower area is too close to the door so one could trip easily. As for the restaurant, we ordered a few dishes and one of them was fried fish in sour sauce which was way too fishy to eat. I told the staff and he apologized. This is where it got complicated. I used to come across situations like this from time to time and the way they respond to the problem tells apart average and excellent service. I didn't ask for a return but since we didn't touch this dish anymore after our first tries, an excellent host would have offered a return or a replace. None were offered here but apologize, so to me, this could be improved. Besides that however, the waiter was very tentative and helpful.

I was just passing through, so basically just showered and slept, so I cant comment on the facilities. Room is adequate, comfortable bed, kettle and fridge.

WiFi is one where you have to log into a portal, and get kicked off every hour.
