As others have mentioned in the reviews, the hotel is a bit expensive for what they offer. Note that the spa and indoor pool is closed from early October. The shuttle to the private beach is also not working. As such, I felt I wasn't able to fully experience the hotel. The room was very nice and I didn't have any issues with the shower, but another group I came with did have problems with their shower. The pool was nice, but pretty cold. It's also a bit of a walk to the beach (approx. 20 minutes). The stores nearby were all closed too so so if you need immediate things like bottled water or sunscreen, you'll have to drive a ways out if you come during off season. The weather was very nice, so I couldn't understand why almost 75% of the city shuts down.

Staff are very nice

Pictures are photoshopped. It’s much more dated than what is presented on the websites. We are also asking Booking.com for a price adjustment since we were charged double what the current rate is listed for.

Magnificent hotel with superb swimming pool and beach. Beautifully decorated. Friendly, helpful staff and highly recommended for children.

A wonderful time with a hotel full of great staff and in an amazing place . We booked because we wanted to play golf in Punta ala golf club ( breathtaking) and be near the beach ! They have a continuous minivan taking people up and down from 8,30 until 19 ! The beach was amazing with all sports ( at a small cost) ! A mini club for kids and quizzes etc after dinner ! The restaurant was having one or two problems so we only tried once but there was an amazing restaurant/pizzeria with a stunning view of the setting sun at 19,45 every evening and also great food at great prices ! We will come and visit both hotel, golf and local restaurant ! Rooms are modern, clean and lots of space ! Chiara as a part of the mini club was amazing with everyone and will have a Stella career with whatever she tries ! Thanks to all !

The size of the rooms and the availability of sunbeds at the beach

Aircon in the room was outrageously noisy. The sunbeds at the beach were not included in the price on the day of checkout. The price was unjustified for the overall quality of the stay.
