Golf Hotel Punta Ala is a nicely located hotel. Pool area is ok and the hotel’s beach area is reasonable. There is better beach clubs in the area at a fee. This hotel is old and except for the lobby/reception it needs a refurbishment. Rooms are much worn and have seen better days. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. WIFI is indeed present in the lobby and the pool area, but first of all is it difficult to access the network and second is it very slow. The cabled network in the room is not better. Breakfast is probably the good thing at the hotel. Good buffet nicely located at the pool side. Dinner restaurant is expensive compared to quality. Might be because it is planned for half or full board. Service is rather slow and you will have to visits the reception more times to get a problem fixed. Be aware that the Hotel is using photos from other hotels in the chain to present Punta Ala Golf Hotel. Conclusion: Golf hotel Punta Ala is located in a nice and quiet area. Trying to keep up appearance, but is truly overpriced.

Rent och fräscht och nära till en vacker strand. Tyvärr är dock hotellet helt själlöst, det finns inget lite "extra" utan allt är bara platt och tråkigt. Ät inte i restaurangen - Det är helt fruktansvärd mat och de vill bara att man beställer deras dyra och dåliga buffé.

Ottimo posto per soggiornarci per we , mare bellissimo spiagge pulite , golf tecnico e spettacolare struttura non nuova , il problema che se si vuole cenare il sabato sera in albergo è obbligatorio il buffet ....un po caro

soggirono purtroppo breve ma fortunatamente ottimo. L'hotel è ben situato nella pineta e con spiaggia raggiungibile anche con una breve passeggiata a piedi. Sfortunatamente è mancante una pista ciclabile o pedonale per raggiungere la spiaggia, il che rende poco piacevole e pericoloso la passeggiata. Esiste comunque un ottimo servizio di navetta dell'hotel.

BELLA LOCALITA' IMMERSA NEL VERDE DELLA PINETA. MOLTO ADATTA A COPPIE E FAMIGLIE, MENO SE IN CERCA DI LOCALI/DIVERTIMENTI. +: COLAZIONE, SPIAGGIA PRIVATA GRATUITA PER GLI OSPITI DELL'HOTEL, RISTORANTE SULLA SPIAGGIA PER CENA A BASE DI PESCE -: NON C'E' CONNESSIONE WIFI NELLE CAMERE, PER CUI IMPOSSIBILE CONNETTERSI CON IPAD.

Torno abbastanza spesso e molto volentieri in questo bellissimo hotel, elegante e confortevole. Non riesco a trovare punti deboli. L'ultimo soggiorno, all'inizio della stagione balneare, e' stato straordinario per la motivazione del personale e l'impeccabile stato delle strutture. Tornero' appena possibile.

L'hotel corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione che ne viene fornita: pulizia camere OK, colazione buona ed abbondante, gentilezza e disponibilità personale (sia in hotel che nella spiaggia) al massimo grado. Però, per una persona anziana che abbia bisgono di sottrarsi al solleone sul mezzo del giorno rifugiandosi una mezzoretta sul letto, la fatica di andare e tornare prendendo la navetta (o la propria auto) si fa sentire, rispetto ad un hotel che avesse accesso diretto sulla spiaggia.

Nice hotel with an outstanding breakfast bufftet. Clean, satisfactory rooms. Friendly helpful waiters. Restaurant choice/availability is poor and over-priced unless you have Full Board. Beach restaurant however is great and reasonably priced with very nice staff. Major minus of this hotel was the unhelpful, discorteous nature of the reception staff. They were unwilling to help and at times simply rude. Their lack of assistance to us during our stay spoiled an otherwise great stay here.
