Lily and her partner are doing a good job renovating the motel that they have only recently purchased. The carpets are new, the beds are very good quality and comfortable and the furniture in the lounge/dining areas appeared to be new as well.

Napier is very busy at Art Deco, the 1930s festival, time so slightly higher prices and heavier traffic are to be expected.

Had paint chipping off ceiling, mould in shower and along window sill , stains on carpet, staff friendly, wouldnt mind a refund due to the run down of facilities
