Hotel Ködmön

The staff is super nice and helpful, the room was tidy and spacious. The spa was clean and comfortable.

There was not enough soap in the dispenser even after requesting it

It was cosy and friendly as usual. It was mu 5th stay at this hotel.

Scrambled eggs could have been more delicious, frankfurter was over boiled

In the area we like and the visiting family liked it too

I didn't like the hotel, I felt cheated, the advertising didn't taste reality

The first encounter with the hotel they demanded money for parking outside the hotel and more money for parking inside the hotel,, the air conditioner in the room gave out no cold and no wind, all the alternative rooms they offered us were the same, after asking for our money back, they gave us a simple fan, we felt cheated, need to change in the hotel facilities that there is no air conditioner, just doesn't work, basic breakfast and what ended up not filling, Pool towel they charge money, there is a feeling in the hotel that they are trying to save and stingy on the guests, definitely not recommended hotel, really a disappointment.. Feeling cheated, I almost waited, the TV is the size of a computer screen, and there are only 4 stations, everything will appear in the pictures
