PLVery good location. The closest hotel to the wine valley. It has a little swimming pool ans saunas. You can park easily in the front of the building. You can pay there by card.
Saunas were supposed to work until 8 pm. but when we came at 7:15 they were already cold, the staff turn on but it took a lot of time to be hot inside.
USA little pricey for the area
ESWe really liked the size of the room and the terrace. They were both very big! We only stayed for one night to visit the wine cellars of Eger and the location is perfect! We had a great stay and the staff was all super nice!
The only downside is there was no shampoo/conditioner in the room. We also didn't have a chance to utilize the indoor pool/sauna due to the hours.

Well, You really have to do something about breakfast service. We are Your guests every three times a year and I don't remember the day, when dishes like eggs it soussages were even warm. And nobody from the staff seems to be interested about that. The hotel has 4 stars- breakfast food needs a real upgrade...

The black haired receptionist girl needs some etiquette lessons. We had no conflict but her stile was very unpolite and unprofessional.
