Central location, friendly staff and had everything you needed.

The facility is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Great location. The owner was very responsive until they stopped answering after they understood they made a mistake. That was unpleasant.

We arrived at the apartment in the afternoon and left straight for dinner. When we got back, we discovered that the AC doesn't work (it was a very hot and humid outside). We called the owner, that told us that they are aware and it will not get fixed before our departure date. When we asked why they did not let us know about it, they got angry and said: "What do you want me to do? I just found out about it in the morning". We argued they had enough time to let us know and let us decide if we still want to rent the place or not. They responded that they have arranged a portable air conditioner in one of the bedrooms and that we can leave if we want (it was already 8 pm on a Friday). We tried to move the air con to the living room, but it meant leaving the window a bit open, which meant bugs flying in and ineffective cooling, and it didn't work. So we got nothing left to do but find the first available place on such short notice. Luckily, we had a rental car, so we didn't need to seek transportation. At this point, the owner stopped answering us when we called to let them know we are leaving. We haven't heard from them since. I would say that we got all our money back, but did not get all the deposit back for some reason. I am still working on that.

It is in such a handy location with good views of the beach and surf.

An ensuite in main bedroom would make it deluxe, but not big concern.

Apartment was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and air conditioned.
