من أجمل الفنادق اللي سكنتها.. الموقع ممتاز ومباشرة يمكنك الذهاب للبحيرة.. اخذنا فلة صغيرة في حديقة الفندق ومطلة على المسبح.. مناسب جداً للعوائل ومريح..

الاثاث جداً بسيط

החדר עצמו היה חדש ויפה. הגינה של המלון יפה וגדולה.

זה התחיל בשירות בצ'ק אין שהיה לא נעים, לא הסבירו לנו כלום וזה הרגיש שרק רצו שנלך משם. אח"כ קיבלנו חדר מאוד מאוד מרוחק וכל פעם היה צריך ללכת מלא רק כדי לצאת או להיכנס לחדר. האוכל בארוחת בוקר היה לא טוב. שקיבלנו את החדר אז היו מים על הרצפה במקלחת (לא ברור מה הסיבה) ומגבת משומשת באחת המגירות. באופן כללי- לא מומלץ.

The most unpleasant stay ever. 1. The check in experience was bad. The lady at the reception did not care to return our greeting let alone greet us first. 2. We had a booking of 3+1 and had requested at check in to let us continue in the same room even though the 4th night would have been a downgrade for us. We had also asked them to tell us the possibilities but timely. The information of this was given to us right before we were leaving the city for sightseeing. My husband called housekeeping to have the room clean before we were leaving at thats when we get to know we have to change our rooms. Very very inconvenient. And very poorly managed. I only imagine what they would have done had we just left for sightseeing. 3. The last night's dinner at Ariana was a blunder. We as always started placing the order saying its a completely vegetarian order. The server was well explained the same when he tried to recommend seafood to us. Despite all of that, i had ordered penne in tomato sauce for my son and was served penne with tomato sauce and mixed meat. The lighting was very poor, when i took a bite of my toddler's food, i realised it was non vegetarian. The server then says kitchen is closed till i lost my calm and asked for the GM and received my desired dish within minutes which took 40-45 minutes earlier. They didnt charge us for it, but that doesnt matter considering the scale of their profanity. They really expect me to put my toddler to sleep hungry? We ordered , 1 kids pasta in cheese, 1 kids pasta in tomato sauce, 1 minestrone soup, 1 aglio olio which as per description was suppose to be vermicelli but it was good old spaggheti. Why will you fool your customers? Just to sound fancy? All of this ordered couldnt have taken more than 20 minutes. Bottomline - this resort is pathetic when it comes to basic service, we arent asking to be flattered but some decency in this business of service would be nice.

Traumhafte Parkanlage mit direktem Seezugang. Großes, geschmackvolles Zimmer mit Terrasse und direktem Parkzugang (großartig für Fellnasenbesitzer). Frühstück mit großem Angebot.

-Hundefreilauf war weder gemäht noch gepflegt. Bei täglichen Kosten von 30€ für einen Hund hätte ich das erwartet! -Die frechen Spatzen sowohl im Frühstücksraum, als auch vermehrt im Aussenbereich. Sie bedienten sich am Kuchenbuffet und hüpften über Besteck und Servietten. Sehr unhygienisch. - Durch die Gäste der Hausmesse war es zur Frühstückszeit sehr laut und erinnerte an Kantinenromantik.

Lage

Ausstattung des Badezimmers und auch Wohn-Schlafraum. Keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch oder Bademantel an einen Hacken zu hängen. Eine Möglichkeit für kleines Handtuch, aber sehr eng.
