"Jedes Jahr gerne wieder- einfach schön und erholsam"

Das Hotel und der Park sind wirklich wunderschön- sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch für Kinder gibt es sehr viel Beschäftigung. Unsere Tochter liebt Paulino und den Kids Club. Im Kids Club ist Claudia die gute Seele. Sie gestaltet alle Aktivitäten mit viel Liebe und Herzblut. Auch die Tiere Kaninchen, Enten, Schildkröten und Fische sind eine echte Attraktion für die Kids. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr flott, gründlich und höflich. Der Service ist auch wirklich klasse- beim Frühstuck war es immer eine Freude mit Luca oder Anna zu scherzen.

Beim Frühstück Buffet ist die Auswahl für Vegetarier etwas eingeschränkt. Es gibt nur bisschen Käse, Tomaten und Salat. Sie schwarzen Oliven sind leider diese billigen gefärbten Oliven. Hier hätte ich etwas mehr Auswahl erwartet.

"Hier hat sich jeder Euro gelohnt!"

Wirklich top! Wir haben eine Villa im Altbau gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die gesamte Anlage sowie die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück mit traumhaftem Blick auf den See. Auch der Service war erstklassig: Das gesamte Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Salvatore, der uns mit seiner Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit sehr positiv aufgefallen ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Direkt im Haus befindet sich ein Wassersportverleih, sodass man den See optimal genießen kann. Am Pool werden Snacks und Getränke angeboten, und täglich gibt es frisches Wasser auf das Zimmer – ein schöner zusätzlicher Service. Der gepflegte Park lädt zum Entspannen ein, und von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Morgens von diesem Panorama geweckt zu werden, war einfach traumhaft. Für uns hat sich jeder investierte Euro gelohnt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
