The Crown Hotel

The hotel is in Ryder's centre. That's the only positive thing I can say about it

I definitely wouldn't' go there again. The bathroom wasn't cleaned, as we found pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower. I'm not sure about the bedding, I think it hasn't been changed. The spoon that was in the room was licked by the previous guests, it would be really appreciated to get a clean one. We stayed there on a Saturday, and the pub downstairs closed at 2 am. The hotel has very old, single glazed windows, so closing them didn't make a difference at all. The corridors are used for storage, and I have a feeling that it's illegal considering fire safety regulations.

Staff are very friendly and supportive, Best location, grocery and restaurant, train stations are near by the location.

The passage smells too bad, there's no lock in the toilets, even there's no ventilation in the toilet, Rooms were very hot due to the summer and there's no air-conditioning facilities available.

Great value for money. Great location for the festival. Clean and comfortable base for eating out and getting to the festival. Plus close to the hoverport and festival buses

Little too hot in our room, but then it was 26 degrees out. Would recommend the painted closed shower in the bathroom be allowed to reopen so the air could blow through from the bedroom window and allow some circulation

We loved the location and the staff went above and beyond for us. They even went and brought a fan for us to use as the room was like a sauna.

There wasnt any washing facilities in the bathroom and the wasn't any air-conditioning. We were on the top floor so as you can imagine it was roasting. We asked to use an iron but they only had two. One leaked everywhere and the other one stained my partners top. We had to clean the ironing board before using it as well. Personally I think it was over priced. We all so got woken up to a faulty fire alarm at 730 Saturday morning which wasn't anyone's fault.

Very central in Ryde with easy access to dining, shopping and public transportation.

Massive place nice size room. Noisy till around 2 in the morning, clean and tidy only provided you with 1 tea each.
