Hotel Ambrosia

La location molto bella e la vicinanza al mare (praticamente fronte mare).

Pulizia nelle aree comuni, soprattutto nei bagni della reception, pulizia nelle camere e personale più attento al rifacimento delle stanze, abbiamo spesso dovuto rincorrere il personale per asciugamani e carta igienica mancante. Frigo bar in camera vuoto (neanche l' acqua). Manca l' aria condizionata nelle parti comune. Non tutto il personale della reception e del bar/ristorante parla inglese. In generale lo classificherei più come un buon 4 stelle.

Bella atmosfera appena si entra nella hall. Personale molto gentile e veloce nel prenotare un taxi. Spiaggia bellissima con lettini molto comodi e servizio bar. La sera c'è sempre musica live, forse i cocktail sono da rivedere. Abbiamo fatto massaggio in Spa e un ringraziamento ad Alì che ci ha consigliato. Da tornare.

A colazione non c'è molta scelta nella parte dolce.

Great location, right on the beach. Very good facilities. E.g. plenty of pool and beach loungers available for the number of guests, so no problem getting a 'good spot' on both the beach and at the pool. Nice breakfast options and a large variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Very happy with our room and view. We were allowed to change with no fuss and the guy genuinely wanted us to choose a room that we were happy with. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard.

Beds are small. The hotel is aware but beds were custom made for the rooms so its difficult to change. WiFi available but not great. This is possibly not the fault of the hotel though. A lot of UK guests were there after getting their Turkey teeth.

Bathrooms not clean, lights go off and sensors don’t work so you have to use your flash light. Hotel is not 5 star it should be 3 star. Not as per pictures. Showers tiny and dirty No hot water, must leave it running for 10 mins at least. Bathroom sink broken, water gets collected in a bucket. Would not recommend at all.

Hotels was beautiful! Exceptionally clean, room cleaned daily, beautiful interior & pool area. Never a problem getting a sunbed. Very chilled. Room comfortable with all neccesaties. Breakfast very good, plenty of choice. Lovely area to sit by beach.Ate in evenings & food always excellent. Staff were fantastic, so welcoming, friendly & helpful. Shout to Beyza & Robin on reception who were always so friendly & helpful Eugene, Torba & the youngsters on beach service were absolutely lovely. Looked after us perfectly. Will definitely return & recommend

Would like to see better adjustable umbrellas on beach. Pool staying open later, far to early in summer heat!

No body in the reception answers the calls anytime of the day and the music outside the rooms that have the sea view is so loud and the windows are not sound proof
