Reception staff was very attentive and efficient. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. Staff on the buggies always happy and willing willing to help any time of the day. Very friendly and welcoming.

There was a misunderstanding at the restaurant they got the food order wrong and kitchen closed before we got our green salad. One of the pizzas was not cut and the waiter asked us yo cut it ourselves as the kitchen was closed.
