В ОТЕЛЕ ВОРУЮТ ЛИЧНЫЕ ВЕЩИ Отдыхали семьей 10 дней в данном отеле и в первый же день украсили из еще неразобранных сумок новые духи за 500$, новый шиммер для тела, который стоял на столе! Я сразу обратилась на ресепшен, но, естественно, мне сказали, что такого не может быть)) и что к нам в номер никто не заходил даже, хотя после короткой прогулки было видно, что в номере убирали. Я подходила с этим вопросом раз 6, напоминала о проблеме, но ответа никакого так и не получила! По итогу, мне предложили бесплатный ужин, чтобы загладить эту ситуацию! Очень неприятно, я и подумать не могла, что в таком отеле даже духи нужно было сразу положить в сейф. Очень неприятно и с первого дня отдыха был неприятный осадок

PERSONAL ITEMS ARE BEING STEALTHY AT THE HOTEL My family vacationed at this hotel for 10 days, and on the very first day, they stole a new $500 perfume from our still-unpacked bags, along with a new body shimmer that was sitting on the table! I immediately reported this to reception, but, naturally, they told me this couldn't be happening and that no one had even entered our room, even though a short walk around the room showed it had been cleaned. I approached them about six times, reminding them of the problem, but they never responded! Ultimately, they offered me a free dinner to make up for it! It was incredibly frustrating; I couldn't even imagine that in a hotel like this, even perfume had to be put in the safe right away. It was incredibly frustrating, and I've had a bad feeling since the first day of my stay.

Ottima posizione albergo comodo e pulito colazione eccellente

l'emplacement est parfait, très proche de la plage, une belle piscine, des œuvres d'art partout que j'ai beaucoup aimées. une navette vous conduit à la plage.

j'ai trouvé l'accueil un peu froid car l'hôtel accueille beaucoup de monde et des groupes, des familles qui célèbrent des événements importants (mariage, communion...). le petit déjeuner est tjrs le même d'un jour à l'autre et nous sommes restés 13 nuits, c'était un peu rébarbatif.

L’accoglienza ma soprattutto la colazione.

Camera era troppo piccola, lavandino otturato, camera senza uno stendino per poter asciugare i panni bagnati visto che siamo luogo di mare ma soprattutto una famiglia con bambini diventa davvero difficile il tutto.
