Hotel Bergland Superior

The hotel looks like home. And most importantly the staff they are beyond any regular host. I stayed as i was participating in a race and i needed a ride after i missed the bus. One of the staff members gave me the ride. Thanks a lot Michael for this great service and thank for hotel management for this amazing hotel

I love the food and the view. The staff was ok.

My main problem was that is unacceptable not to receive water when you have half board, and even more to pay for the water that they are giving you even is from the sink. UNACCEPTABLE! I understand to pay for alcooholic drinks and soda, but not for water! And because of this, I will rate them with 3 stars from 5! Even in the poorest country in the world they will give you water at half board or all inclusive.

Good location quite near gondola stations. Absolutely superb breakfasts with local food. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is just extremely beautiful:: decoration (caring for every detail and lots of hearts) plus tradition (old furniture, tools and sauna) plus a touch of modernity with bathrooms and restaurant. It's kind of fairy tail. Food is outstanding in quality and variety. Breakfast buffet with fresh made gouffres, fresh seasonal fruit, eggs, juices, local cheese, sweet pastries, different kind of bread Dinner: 4 course menu with salad buffet, soup, a main to choose from 4 options and dessert. Buffet salad changing every day. Both family owning and working there and the waiter for diner where very friendly, attentive and making a great job. I dare to say they put their heart in what they do. Rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean, with reading lights, enough space for cloths and in toilet, beautiful flowers at the balcony. I like the fact of having refilling shower gel in order to avoid plastic. I loved the glass walls in toilet that make the room bigger and gives light to the toilet. Sauna is very special, keeping an old style and with a Zirben room (Swiss pine room with its special and healthy fragrance ). Parking is just across the hotel, free of charge. Location is great to visit glacier, lake and a lot walking trails. The hotel offers a summer card included in price with many benefits.
