Struttura molto accogliente con staff super. Spiaggia di sabbia bellissima con lettino e ombrelloni a disposizione fino ad esaurimento ( ne rimangono sempre vuoti poiché sono molto numerosi) raggiungibile sia a piedi in 10 minuti che con il trenino che la struttura mette a disposizione ( sempre puntuale ed efficiente). Piscina nel Resort anch'essa con lettini e ombrelloni a disposizione ( sia grande che piccola) Pasti sempre completi e gestiti in maniera impeccabile. Pezzo forte del villaggio la super animazione del team Beefree sempre coinvolgenti e mai banali con attività divertenti sia per bambini che per adulti la mattina in spiaggia, il pomeriggio in piscina e la sera nell'anfiteatro con spettacoli, baby dance ed attività varie. Consigliatissimo!

La pulizia, lo staff , la posizione bellissima vacanza

Posiłki były ok. Śniadania kontynentalne plus bardzo dobre rogaliki (cornetto). Lunch i kolacja bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. Codziennie świeżo pieczona pizza. Lokalizacja super, blisko głównej ulicy miasteczka i plaży. Można na nią dojechać ciuchcią z hotelu prowadzona przez bardzo sympatycznego pana lub dojść na nogach w 10 min. Plaża super czysta, łagodne wejście do krystalicznie czystej wody.

The only good things about the hotel were: 1. Train to the beach every 30 minutes 2. Free sunbeds + umbrella on the beach (shared with other hotels, first come first serve)

The moment we entered the room we could feel a bad smell like nobody had lived in it or cleaned it in the previous 6 months. Later in the night we discovered that our terrace (also filled with bird excrements) and windows (zero phonic insulation) were facing the amphitheatre where music was played loud until 11:30 PM. We asked the reception to change our room as the kids couldn’t get any sleep, but after 3-4 repeated requests we were told it wasn’t possible. The food was 80% the same every day (same type of meat, same pasta, same pizza and potatoes or vegetables as side dish) and I think we only had seafood (on an island!) 3 or 4 times. Then, the cherry on top: in the last day we asked the people from the kids club what activities they could do with them and one of the animators said that it was entirely in Italian. When I asked if she could translate in English for them (by the way, only one of them spoke English), she said she needed to ask her team leader (seriously?) - probably trying to get rid of any extra effort, just like the people at the reception. It makes you wonder who gave them the 4 star classification…

Posizione ottima soprattutto per chi ha bambini piccoli ma anche per coppie che vogliono fare escursioni. Paesino molto carino, tutte le sere ci sono piccole bancarelle.

Prima esperienza in un resort: Trascuratezza degli ambienti comuni e la poca sorveglianza durante il buffet, alcuni bambini prendevano il cibo con le mani senza che nessuno ( soprattutto i genitori) supervisionasse. Staff molto distaccato nei confronti dei clienti (tranne i bagnini, molto prudenti e simpatici).
