Very comfortable, friendly staff, gorgeous grounds, ideal for if bringing a dog on holiday (with easy access bins and only a few areas being dog free), only short walk from the town.

FOOD - excellent. Had dinner each evening although had not intended to. So good!

All very good, except the riverside lodge we wanted as unavailable through booking error. Upgraded room lovely, but second floor and no riverside view when sitting on balcony. not the holiday we expected and booked.

"Very comfortable and homely atmosphere"

Very pretty setting and friendly staff. Felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room was lovely with its own balcony. Bed was very comfortable and absolutely massive.
