Consiglio questa struttura principalmente per la posizione super centrale e strategica per raggiungere a piedi o con la metro a meno di 5 min a piedi le attrazioni più famose di Madrid oltre che al centro di uno dei quartieri anche più movimentati della città con ristoranti e locali carini. Dall'aeroporto è bastato prendere la metro linea rosa (n.8) per Nuevos Ministerios e poi fare il cambio per la metro più vicina ( ce ne sono tante tra Gran Via , Callao, Plaza de Espana). Struttura pulita e seppur minimalista negli spazi , comoda per chi ha intenzione di godersi la città! Personale gentile e accogliente al check in dandoci tutte le indicazioni.

Sicuramente la nostra camera matrimoniale era piccola così come il bagno, ma dato che durante tutta la giornata si sta in giro per visitare, gli spazi sono sufficienti per farsi una doccia riposare in maniera tranquilla e dato che nonostante sia centrale non ci sono troppi rumori disturbanti!

J'ai apprécié la bonne communication ,l'arrangement pour récupérer les clés, l'emplacement.

L'isolation, on entend vraiment les voisins de chambre. Le voisin ronflait ,on participe à tout.

L ensemble est correct. L emplacement est idéal, proche de tout.

The location was excellent — all the main attractions and must-see places were within easy walking distance.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience staying here. The noise insulation was extremely poor — every time someone in another room flushed the toilet, the sound was so loud that it felt as if it was coming from inside our room. Because of this, we were unable to sleep properly throughout our stay. The room itself also had a very small window, which made the space feel dark and claustrophobic. In addition, the photos on Booking.com were quite misleading and did not accurately reflect the actual condition and atmosphere of the room. Overall, we do not believe this hotel offers good value for the price paid, and we would recommend looking for other accommodation options in the area. The only positive aspect was the convenient location.

Todo muy limpio, no escuchamos nada de ruido durante la noche, y al ladito de Gran Vía. Calidad-precio muy bien, ahora Madrid está bastante imposible, estuve con una amiga en una habitación con dos camas y baño, y la verdad que estuvimos muy a gusto. Lily muy agradable y muy atenta.
