Globalement l'hôtel Bianca Vela (et pas Zurigo) présente bien, il est calme, propre et entretenu. Le petit déjeuné est copieux, bien présenté, tout est délicieux. Le parking privé à 10€/jour est acceptable.

L'Hôtel ZURIGO nous a prévenu 7 jours avant notre arrivée, que nous serons déplacés à l'hôtel Bianca Vela, je cite "pour des raisons de problèmes de gestion interne". L'Hôtel ZURIGO précise que c'est eux qui gèrent les réservations de l'hôtel Bianca Vela. A 7 jours de départ cette situation est très inconfortable mais nous n'avons pas le choix. A l'hôtel Bianca Vela, nous sommes attendus mais nous constatons dans la chambre qui nous est affectée une énorme fuite sur l'évacuation du lavabo. Immédiatement on nous affecte une autre chambre, plus spacieuse, toutefois, dans la salle de bain il n'y pas de lunette de WC et le support du pommeau de douche est défectueux ce qui ne nous permet pas d'accrocher ce dernier en hauteur.
