Nobody was at reception when we arrived. Had trouble getting our key.

Easy to get there

No reception. Didnt know about the phoning for the code to get the key to the room. Waited for 10 minutes for some one to attend the reception. Was advised by the cleaning lady to ring the phone number to get the code to open the the lock safe. Arrived after 2,30 pm,room not ready

Only one fork and NO knives was very poor

This hotel was probably built in the 90's? A little dated but the room was large, everything was clean/tidy and everything worked. The shower was 10/10! There is a table and chairs out the back looking towards a view of the lake, nice for a relaxing snack and a glass of wine. About a 5 minute drive to the main street, so the hotel location is fairly quiet. We were in town on a long weekend which was accidental on our part. My recomendation is don't come to Robe on a long weekend, its manic.

Only one bedside table and lamp

Room was large and location was good.

The room was very tired and needs an upgrade. Not excited about cleaning the dishes and putting out the rubbish. The bottom sheet of the bed needed to be larger as kept moving. Better if it was a fitted sheet, not a top sheet.

Great stay with a comfy bed and a great view of your he lake. A bit older style but very clean and excellent staff. Thanks
