Evening Front desk staff not responsive to calls made to front desk despite multiple calls to them. Calls to housekeeping staff were quickly answered and serviced.

Need to put out more information as to activities times and dates. Attended a cultural show which was awesome. But we found out by accident.

I absolutely enjoyed my 2-night stay at Bluewater Resort Maribago. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The Room - The Junior Suite I stayed in was just perfect. It was clean, very spacious, and—best of all—offered a stunning view of the ocean. The layout includes: * A comfortable separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a chaise lounge. * A dedicated dining/lounge area equipped with a huge TV, a small fridge, and a microwave. * A massive ensuite bathroom complete with a rainfall shower, a huge bathtub, a bidet, a tall mirror, and plenty of counter space for toiletries. Dining & Location - The food at **Allegro** the resort's main restaurant, was superb. They offer great variety with full buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside excellent à la carte options. They also have 2 more restaurants within the grounds, 3 swimming pools and a spa area. On the day that I had to go for a day trip arranged by a 3rd party, I've had to leave at 4 am, they packed a breakfast of my chossing, one for me and another for my friend. Was such a nice touch, appreciated it a lot. The location is also incredibly convenient, just 30 to 40 minutes away from the airport. I loved everything about this place and only wish I could have stayed much longer. I highly recommend it!

When I stayed at other hotel/resort in other countries, with similar status as Bluewater, there is always complimentary body lotion in the bathroom, Bluewater resort missed this out. It would have been even better if there is one. Also during breakfast, since the restaurant is 45 % open area, flies can come in, it would've been more enjoyable if I didn't have to ward off flies whilst eating. They also get to the buffet area. In a resort I stayed at in Java Indonesia, they have a cetronella tea light candle in every table, and no flies dared to bother us.

The property was right on the beach

אוכל טוב, אנשים חמים ונחמדים, חוף פרטי, מסעדת איטלקית טובה מאוד.

חסר פעילות בערב למבוגרים, אולי בגלל העונה הרטובה.

We got seriously sick from something we ate or drank there. So 3 of our 4 days there were spent sick in the room. They also promised to have a vehicle we could use our car seat in and when it came to get us it didn’t work and had a 300 year old car seat instead.
