The room was awesome. Comfortable beds . Full ice box with ice maker. Small stove top The only dislike was the A/C did not cool like it should have. We had the thermostat on 65 and it felt like it was 75. The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again

Jessica at the front desk was very helpful with every question and request that I had, She never hesitated going above and beyond her duties. I wish I could see her again if I ever come back to the New Orleans area.

"Cheryl, treated others the way she’d want to be treated."

We arrived little after 7:30 and were greeted by Cheryl. Upon getting settled in room, we turned on TV and it said No signal. Please understand when you have a deaf person in the room a tv with CC is vital to help pass time. Cheryl was patient, compassionate and very diligent in getting to the problem. She got someone in here around 9:30 or so to get the problem resolved. She called later to make sure our tv service had been resolved. Customer service at its best from Cheryl but even so from a wonderful human perspective of treating us the way she’d want to be treated. That came thru loud and clear. Thanks Cheryl, the Halls truly appreciate you and thank you. God bless you!!!

"Rest and Relaxation before Cruising‼️"

We arrived late Sunday night exhausted, but Sarah was very inviting, personable, and professional. She explained that there was on going construction, but allowed us to view the rooms. The room was immaculate! Everything was well maintained and comfortable. Thank you Candlewood Suites❣️
