Motel 6 Tinton Falls, NJ – Neptune

Good location and decent parking.

Room smelled of cigarettes and it lingered in my hair/clothes. Way too expensive for a motel 6 $130 plus deposit. Im done w motel 6. Idk what happened in the last couple years but this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue and felt robbed. They failed to take care of snow removal, leading to many people getting stuck. I am a plow driver and ended up VOLUNTARILY plowing out all the folks near my room who were trapped. I offered to plow for them upon arrival as I had slipped and fallen getting out of my rig. My elbow is still busted from that… they said they had someone. They began blowing up my cell phone and the room phone around midnight. I was trying to rest… They kept calling in the morning and I gave them a price when I woke up. They refused. Said theyd let me stay 2 nights LMFAO. The snow had already exceeded 3’ by then. Absolutely not. Snow kept falling and the other customers were becoming angry about the situation so I went ahead and plowed them out because it was the right thing to do. They never did hire a plow to clear the grounds, so probably have a lawsuit coming up.

The cleanliness of the room and comfort of the room "felt like home." Motel 6 doesn't have the best reputation, but this one def foresees them all.

Our neighbor at the Motel was sitting outside with only boxers on; this has nothing to do with Motel 6.

It was pretty good stay. Clean for a motel, air conditioner worked very well, and the mini fridge was awesome. Used the ice machine multiple times and was a great location. Felt safe.

The bed was slightly uncomfy. The walls in bathroom were chipped and the paint job was bad but that doesnt affect how the room functioned, it was just cosmetically unattractive.

It’s pet friendly.

Not a great location, employee was standoff ish, rooms were small and dirty, we found several old used condoms under the bed, there were cob webs everywhere, and the place smelled funky.

No Shampoo and conditioner in bathroom. Toilet paper low. Smell was not great.
