No frig nor microwave

חדר מרווח, מיטות נוחות, נקי, מקום שקט מאוד. לא מבינים מדוע הוא מדורג נמוך( 7.1) לדעתנו צריך להיות לפחות 8 ומעלה. חצי שעה נסיעה מהגרנד קניון מכוון דרום. צוות נעים. חנייה בשפע בחינם.

Habitación amplia con dos camas grandes y alojamiento perfecto para poder entrar al día siguiente al Gran Canyon. Habitación muy correcta y limpia. Nosotros estuvimos dos noches.

Good rate and location to visit the Grand Canyon. Excellent restaurant employees who were helpful in answering my area questions.

The location was good .

There wasn't a remote in our room. We reported it and was informed that someone would be by with a new one in five minutes. After waiting an hour I called the office. It was answered by a woman that couldn't understand English. She put me on hold. I walked to the office which was now closed. I heard a voice speaking out of a kiosk. I told this woman what we had been told about getting a new remote. I then waited while she called the 24/7 maintenance person. I was then informed at now 10 pm that nobody was coming and was told to use the buttons on the tv. I explained that this was unacceptable as my husband is handicapped. The woman said that was all we could get. I went back to the room and manually turned on the tv just to find there were only three channels. The next morning I spoke to two different staff members who were kind and apologetic. I asked for a refund on the second night. I was told that I would receive a call after the manager arrived. I still haven't received a call and to date there has been no refund to my credit card. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
