Location! Just 25 minutes from South Rim Very lovely staff at front desk and restaurant Surprised by good quality of food too

Rooms but specially bathrooms need serious updating

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon while still being affordable compared to many other nearby options. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was pleasant and relaxing

The rooms were quite basic and lacked some amenities that would have made the stay more comfortable, such as a mini fridge, iron, and coffee machine.

Good location. Nothing else was good.

Room smelled bad, not able to open the window, dirty AC filter, dirty bathroom walls, old food stuck in the sink, dirty fridge, NO coffee maker in the room, mattress collapsing caused my back pain, dirty door knobs and remote control. Staff was not professionally dressed neither groomed. Very disappointing.

"Schlechter Deal!"

Die Zimmer (zwei Doppelbetten) sind gross

- Die Matratzen sind extrem abgelegen - Der Pool war dreckig - Die WC-Brille hat ein altes weiches Lederpolster welches soch kaum hygienisch reinigen lässt - Die Preise fürs Essen sind eher hoch bei durchschnittlicher Qualität - All dass interessiert wird den Besitzer des Hotels kaum da das Hotel aufgrund der Lage immer abmehmer finden wird - wieso also Investieren…

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Restaurant bestellbar.

Das Hotel besteht aus 3 Gebäuden und mutet etwas an Studentenwohnheim an. Das versprochenen WLAN war die ganze Zeit über nicht vorhanden.
