Beautiful property. Rooms were very nice and much bigger than expected. Breakfast was good, plenty of tea and coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fresh baked cake on arrival was perfect and delicious.

"Excellent guesthouse"

Personal touches, warm lemon drizzle cake on arrival. Friendly staff. Room were large and comfortable. Breakfast very nice

Floor boards were very squeaky, just walking in our room, room 2, wouldn't stop me booking again. Room was very warm too but we just turned radiator off and opened windows.

Modern, well decorated and clean. A short walk to the promenade. Classy touches provided

No bar service or drinks serving available. It's a shame as its a lovely environment downstairs and no real time spent there.

"The perfect stay"

The place was spotlessly clean, loved the drencher shower but the luxury bath towels was a great bonus would definitely recommend here to all our friebds And thanks for the fresh Banana cake at reception lovely touch 😋 😀
