Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Helpful service staff. Small bathroom, toilet did not flush. 3 flights of stairs to breakfast, 2 flights of stairs to swimming pool...will not come again as my husband and sister are mobility challenged.

Very nice place

I have pictures, it was nothing like Expedia pictures, very dirty! I will never stay here again and Expedia should not carry this hotel. Rooms did not have towels, sheets were dirty , no refrigerators, no ice!!! food was terrible for breakfast. Pool was dirty. I was there a couple of days and did not see any ground staff.

Breakfast is okay for the price, only few footsteps away from a Casino which is 24h and has good Meals up to 11:00pm. Everything was clean, nice views to Chitre, lots of nature, swimming pool was clean, very peaceful, was great for relaxing and allso close to the city center of Chitre. The room was big and comfortable.

Friendly receptionist and restaurant staff. I think this hotel has so much potential. It needs a coat of paint, more ambiance and perhaps a better chef( i would steal the bonito Mares’) and bring it here. Room cleanliness is 4.5, very impressed for the price. I would recommend this place if you are on a budget or if you are looking for cozy place at good price.

For some reason, there is no curtains for the windows, sunshine hit directly into the room, can't sleep late :(, only 1 lamp has bulb in it, we had to call front desk to bring us more light bulbs so the room will lit up a little otherwise way too dark at night, table, floor full of dusts, I wonder how this hotel is still in business

It was a great experience, as the staff went above and beyond our expectations to help us have a pleasant stay and solve certain logistic issues we had. I cannot thank enough to Marianela (Who coordinated my transfers and my additional room on one of the busiest weekends of the region), Milagros (Who coordinated my makeup and some other things at the hotel ) and all the very gentle and helpful staff of the hotel

Not near the center of town but I had bad experience with hotels there. I think this is easily the best hotel in Chitre but it is a little difficult to find....should provide better directions.
