De relaxe sfeer en vriendelijkheid!

Een heel klein minpuntje was ontbijt. Zou van mij wat meer vers fruit bij mogen bijv bananen of sinaasappel etc.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel is far below the standard it advertises. The rooms were poorly maintained, cleanliness was unacceptable, and the bathroom/toilet conditions were unpleasant. There was not even complimentary water in the room, which is a basic amenity in most hotels. The breakfast was poor, with limited choices and low-quality products. Overall service felt careless and unprofessional. For the price charged, the value is simply not there. The hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, and guest services. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.
