Parnis Palace Hotel Suites

L'hôtel se situe dans une zone desserte loin de transports en commun. Je pense avent la crise grec il y avait des séjour tout compris dans cette zonne. L hôtel c'est laissé dégradée tout à petit. (crépis qui s'enlève. Très peu éclairage. Une devanture qui ne correspond pas avec les photo du site.) le sourire et l'accueil chaleureux en option. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours, alors que c'est indiquer ménage tout les jours. Pour conclure cette hôtel correspond plutôt à 2 étoile

We booked Suite for one night, since we were visiting Parnitha. Hotel advertise itself as 4 stars. We were expecting good quality and clean room. We were asked to pay in advance, upon arrival - before even seeing the room. It turned out to be terrible. Firstly, the floor was dirty and the bed was extremely hard. No cover, only pillows and sheets. In wardrobe there was an old, stinky quilt! The curtains were too narrow and barely hanging. But the worst part was bathroom. Our toilet seat was broken!!! We didn't get any shampoo, nor shower gel, only two little soaps. When asked about it at reception they informed us that's all we can get. Balcony was dirty, no chairs. Breakfast? We could choose between simple toasts, white bread, cheap jam or boiled eggs. For drinks either low quality orange juice, greek black coffee or Lipton tea. Very disappointing experience. And all of that for 67€...

Air conditioning in our room was not working on the first day, so we had to changed the room. Same night I called the reception for some information, I called several times but nobody answered. I had to go downstairs myself and to my surprise, I saw the receptionist (Man) sitting on the sofa ignoring my calls. Apart from these issues on my first night, the remaining days were fantastic. Other receptionist are fantastic especially, all the girls. The hotel has a potential to do better than its doing right now if more efforts are put in by the owners and the staffs. Quiet environment and good sized rooms.

The rooms are quite big and there is enough space to place the luggages. However, hotel is a bit far from the city centre and there is not much of restaurants around the hotel. You have to take taxi to go around, especially during weekends, bus go by every 1 hour.Breakfast was disappointing, limited options, no fruits available. No helper to bring your luggage to your room. Receptionists were all very helpful.

I stayed there in April,during a school trip with my pupils.The rooms are really big copare to other hotels.The location is great far from the city noise.Nice full view of Athens.The food is decent like home made,and the stuff is very helpful.

The service here was great. They organised taxis for us (as it is a bit far from public transport). One morning we had an island cruise that started early and the nightshift front desk guy even prepared a breakfast for us since we were up before the buffet opened. We had the pool to ourselves, and it was certainly great to dive in there after a hot day. The room was spacious and similar to other hotels available in this price range in Europe. For those of you expecting an actual palace – look at the photos. It's not 5 star, but it was a great way to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Athens.

I booked a room by just looking at a very nice picture and some nice offers and nothing else, if I took the time to look at everything from no public transportation around, far from everything, even the bad reviews and would have stayed away. I hope that it will Help You Hotel looks very good from far away but as soon as you get close and see the massive stairs, you pray, because it gets worst once you go inside. I am going to be very nice and respectful unlike how I was treated. The place is just very old and doesn’t seem like management cares. ( many lights are out so its dark, my room was stuffy, looked dirty, some bathroom lights not working, broken toilet seat, door stays open unless you force close it and turn key My advice. Stay away. Do your research and you will see that there are many more hotels nearby and I am sure for less money. Plus read all other bad reviews which I should have done as well.

Good hotel near beach god customer services and make people happy

Bad experience. Hotel was dirty, rooms dirty, cold breakfast with limited options. It would have been understandable if it was a 1 star hotel. Staff was limited to none, with little knowledge of hotel management or service. Plus, the whole hotel needs a good re innovation, as it's rather outdated. Wifi was barely working, had to use my 3G. The only positive is the excellent view of Athens.

Let's start saying that hotels quality in Athens (especially the center) are embarassing, Athens has terrible hotels, old, ruined and dirty; exactly like the center is, but tourist keep going so they don't care. That's why I chose PARNIS PALACE and I had amazing days with my whole family and friends, the 3rd floor is completely renovated, air condition works PERFECTLY in all the rooms, they are clean and really spacious. We've also enjoyed the swimming pool all day long, all days, we only had some people scared by random dogs walking around, but the taverna's around feeds them so they'll keep coming, I think they should be captured by animal service, to guarantee a perfect experience. I suggest you rent a car to visit Athens, and enjoy this place to stay.
