The reception process was clearly explained online before arrival and contact directly to reception was always available by phone or message. Speaking English was also welcomed. The apartment was perfect, in a gated facility which was beautiful and immaculate. The people looking after the facility and other residents were lovely. It was incredibly good value.

Nothing really, we booked an apartment with an induction hob top for pans but maybe would get one which has an oven next time. We still had a microwave and toaster and a kettle.
