"Dreadful property and communication"

Location

Dirty. I could not get the toilet to flush. Too hot to possibly sleep in even with all the windows open. Informed them that we were not happy to stay due to these problems and told we had not been charged. I have been charged and despite contacting the property that night via Booking.com and subsequently messaging them again, I've had no response from them at all.

Location was lovely, very peaceful. The family room was a perfect size and very comfortable. Lovely views out of all the windows. Good shower and comfy beds. Good wholesome evening meal and great choice for breakfast.
