Malibu Mooloolaba

We stayed on the 8th floor and the view was wonderful. We could open our door and hear the waves rolling in as we were just across the road from the beach. The location of this resort can not be beat. You would just walk down stairs and across the road to be on the beach. The esplanade down stairs had shops and many cafes and restaurants that we could try and we did try different ones every day. There was also heaps of ice-cream shops to try too. The room itself was very clean and tidy and was quite enough room for the two of us. The private parking was tight but glad to have it as we didn't have to search for parking on the street which would have been difficult. There is no air conditioner in the main bedroom but we had cool nights while we were there so it was fine for us with just the fan blowing. We would stay here again if we came to Mooloolaba again as we believe it is the best beach to stay at and the units can't be beat.

Loved the location and views from our balcony. Very clean apartment. Beds were comfortable and on site undercover parking was a bonus. Huge thanks to Brian who always had a friendly smile and a boisterous hello, he made our stay great! Excellent Restaurants and the beach right outside the front door - Fantastic ! Would definitely stay again.

Need to get boosters in each room for internet - being windy is no excuse !

Was so excited for our first trip with two young kids. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance our entire visit- which was what the kids were looking forward to the most. We had a lovely view of all the other buildings pools though, which was like salt in the wound. Parking spot was nearly impossible for our TINY car to pull into. 2 bedroom suite was big but felt tiny due to awkward shape with bedrooms/bathrooms at one end and a long corridor to get to the living space. Weird angled walls made it very difficult to fit our portacot in our bedroom for our infant. Lots of noise Friday night from a nearby pub made it hard to sleep and the rubbish chute (in each suite) was very loud and woke up the kids after they had gone to bed in the evening. won’t be staying here again.

The welcome to Malibu was very good with much friendliness by the staff. Our unit was very clean and had everything that we required. We overlooked the beach and the complex is in the centre and right on the main walkway for the Mooloolaba shopping precinct. The complex is a little old but this in no way affected our stay. We were overjoyed with the stay there.

Very nice apartment with beautiful views. Has everything you could need & more. Lots of cafes, restaurants & supermarket within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent. The building and standard of the apartment we had is best described as tired.

Great location and view, owner was really friendly. While hotel is not brand new, it is well kept and very clean.
